Info April 21 2021 Covid’19 for deaf & hard hearing community

My name is Thijs. I am the blogger for Bigasland.com and the Big Island deaf club informed me about the 21 April vaccination. I helped by making this special video for you about the vaccination information.

April 21, 2021., Wednesday.
TIME: 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
LOCATION: ARC of Hilo:1099 Waianuenue Ave, Hilo, HI 96720
ASL interpreter will be provided.

This message is needed to spread out to all deaf and Hard of Hearing people on Big Island. ARC of Hilo is willing to provide ASL interpreters for all people who need the Pfizer vaccine. Deaf who are of age 16 and older are eligible for the COVID vaccine. Deaf parents can bring their children who are age 16 years old and older who also needs the vaccine. Must fill out the paperwork (Attached ) before you attend. Must email BIDC a headcount of those who want to get the vaccine. The email of the Big Island Deaf Club is bigislanddeafclub@gmail.com. Fill out the forms (attached) before you arrive.

Deaf Cruise Ship Days 2023 and 2024 (!)

Deaf Land & Sea Travel will organize the  Hawaii 2023  (sold out!) for July 2023. One of the stops on the cruise will be the Big Island, with stops in: Hilo on Tuesday, July 4th  8 am - 6 pm Kona on Wednesday, July 5th 7 am - 530 pm  Deaf Vacations Heart Cruises will organize the  Deaf Group Cruise 2023  for this December (sold out!). One of the stops on the cruise will be the Big Island, with stops in: Kona on Sunday, December 3th from 9 am to 6 pm  Hilo on Monday, December 4th from 8 am to 5 pm. Passages Deaf Travel will organize the Hawaii Cruise 2024  for April 2024. One of the stops on the cruise will be the Big Island, with stops in: Hilo on Sunday, April 28th from 7 am to 5 pm  Kona on Monday, April 29th from 8 am to Tuesday, April 30 at 6 pm.
