Volcanic Ash and Vog Community Meeting in Ocean View on June 14 2018

Hawaii County Civil Defense will hold Volcanic Ash and Vog Community Meeting on Thursday, June 14th to update residents about Volcanic Ash and Vog from Kilauea.

The briefing will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Ocean View Community Center

Have your vog and ash impacts questions answered by representatives from:

• USGS Hawaiian Volcano Observatory
• Department of Health, Hazard Evaluation and Emergency Response Office 
• Department of Health, Clean Air Branch
• Hawaii County Civil Defense Agency

The ASL interpreters will be available there.
