In memory of James "Jim" Souza

Image
Some of you already know Jim passed on September 10. For Jim Souza's Celebration of Life, a lot of people from the Big Island, Maui, Oahu and Kauai attended the Memorial Service at Kahiu Town Hall on October 22nd in Waimea. He worked hard for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community on the Big Island in the last decades. Judy Martin, long time companion of Jim, got Certificate of Appreciation from State of Hawaii Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Certificates of Appreciation from our Mayor's Committee, DD Council from the State of Hawaii and letters from the Mayor's Committee for Jim. Our condolences to Jim's family!
