Aloha everyone, my friend his friend friend, Ted, works for American Red Cross. if you know any deaf people sleeping in the shelter, please let him know. Ted wants to make sure that deaf people have access to communication. He might fly out to Hawaii next week but that's only if there are deaf people sleeping in the shelter in Puna.
