NEXT MEETING: Monday, September 23, 2013 at 9 am in the Hilo Chambers The Public Safety and Mass Transit Committee discussed bill 109 communication #385 first. After a few rounds of discussion the committee moved the bill onto the Council with a negative recommendation. You will have another opportunity to offer testimony for Bill 109 & Bill 113 after it is agendized and is before the Council. The Public Safety and Mass Transit Committee then discussed bill 113 communication #393. The council looked to the audience for EXPERTS who could answer their questions, and will be talking with experts when they resume on 9/23.
